Total Lunar Eclipse - September 27, 2015 (below)
NOTE: Can you see the size of the Earth's Shadow relative to the size of the Moon?

A red moon is shown in the sky.

This is a sequence of 6 successive photos

Sunset on July 2, 2015

Clouds in front of the sun at sunset. These are NOT solar Flares on the sun!!! Quite a remarkable sight.

I have framed many many photos at a local framing shop. The ladies there said the following photo is one of the best they have ever framed. I appreciate their compliment, but I suppose I don’t have their experienced eye for art. I like the shot, but didn’t think it was of such high caliber. You can be the judge.

A red sky with trees in the foreground.

The following picture of the sun at sunset was taken through smoke from western forest fires.

A red sun is setting in the sky.

The following two pictures of the sun at sunset were taken behind clouds on the horizon, and “no” this is not Jupiter. LOL The stripes are clouds.

Astonishingly, my little Canon SX730hs PowerShot Pocket Camera has 160 power and took the following picture of Jupiter and the 4 Gallilean Moons.

From left to right they are:

Io, Jupiter, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto

A full moon with jupiter and saturn in the background.
